Performance and character
It is used for the strsnding and cabling processs in making cables, category 5,6 and 7 data cables, communication wires and cables and other special cables. Center lapping and side lapping can be realized simultaneously.
Composing of machine
The machine is controlled via PLC program, variable-frequency speed regulating and peneumatic system. controlled by mechanical and stranding, real wire drawing and taking up and reel reciprocal winding displacement are maintained amiong the four staters namely, states namely, start-up, normal running, slow stop and emergency stop, ensuring stable pitch and small tolerance.
